Scholarship Opportunities at Legacy Online School

At Legacy Online School, we are committed to making high-quality education

accessible to all students. To support families, we accept various scholarships that can

be used to cover tuition and additional services.

Step Up for Students (Florida Residents)

Legacy Online School is listed on the Step Up for Students Scholarship Marketplace,

enabling Florida families to use scholarship funds for school tuition. While many

scholarships are accepted, please note that the FES-EO Scholarship is currently

excluded, as Legacy Online School functions as a service provider.

Important Note for Awarded Students Awaiting Funds

If a student has been awarded a scholarship but their funds are not yet released, and

they wish to secure a spot at Legacy Online School, we require the enrollment fee to

be paid out of pocket at this time. Once the scholarship funds are released, families

may use them to cover both the enrollment fee and tuition, and we will issue a refund

for the amount they initially paid out of pocket.

This process ensures that students do not lose their place in the upcoming school

year while waiting for Step Up funding to become available.

HOPE Scholarship (West Virginia Residents)

Families in West Virginia can use the HOPE Scholarship to cover tuition or additional

services at Legacy Online School. We are listed on the HOPE Scholarship

Marketplace for easy access.

How to Use the HOPE Scholarship at Legacy Online School

Legacy Online School is an approved provider on the HOPE Scholarship

Marketplace, allowing families to use their scholarship funds to pay for:

• Tuition: Cover the cost of attending Legacy Online School.
• Additional Services: Utilize funds for extracurricular programs or supplementary educational support.

Application and Allocation Process

Step 1: Apply for the HOPE Scholarship through the West Virginia Treasurer’s Office.

Step 2: Once approved, log in to the HOPE Scholarship portal and select

Legacy Online School as your educational service provider.

Step 3: Allocate your funds to cover tuition or additional services.
