The enrollment process at Legacy Online School is designed to be efficient and

straightforward, consisting of several steps:

Step 1

Submit Necessary Documents: Please submit necessary documents such as IDs

and transcripts if available. These documents help us ensure a smooth enrollment

process and provide the necessary information to support your child's academic journey.

*It's important to note that other than IDs and transcripts, no additional documents are

required, and proof of residency is not necessary.

Step 2

Payment and Contract Signing: After document submission, proceed with

payment and contract signing to finalize your enrollment. Our transparent and

straightforward payment process ensures a hassle-free experience, allowing you to focus

on your child's education.

Step 3

Student Onboarding: Upon completion of payment and contract signing, your

child will undergo our thorough onboarding process. This will familiarize them with the

Legacy way of life, our online platform, and their fellow students, setting them up for a

successful start.

Step 4

First Day of Classes: Finally, the exciting moment arrives – the first day of classes!

From this day forward, your child will immerse themselves in engaging courses, interact

with peers worldwide, and embark on a journey of discovery and personal growth at

Legacy Online School.

*If students don't have transcripts on hand, they can send them later, ensuring that

nothing stands in the way of their educational journey.

Please note that speaking with an Academic Advisor is available for those who seek

additional guidance. Should students and parents have any questions or require

assistance with the admissions process, they are encouraged to reach out to our

Admissions Manager. To speak to the Admissions Manager, please send an email with

your request to lss@legacyonlineschool.com.

After enrollment and payment, our Learning Support Specialist (LSS) team will prepare

your accounts and send onboarding materials within 48 hours to ensure you are

ready to begin your learning journey.

However, if you plan to start at a later date rather than immediately, you can expect to receive your onboarding email 48 hours before your scheduled class start date. This

ensures you have all the necessary information and resources in time to begin

smoothly.

Join a Trial Class

A trial class is a real, live, interactive online class hosted by one of our expert instructors.

It's designed to offer a snapshot of a typical day at Legacy Online School. This is an

excellent opportunity for you and your child to witness first-hand our unique teaching

methodology, innovative technology tools, and the engaging educational experience we

offer.

Joining a trial class is simple. Go through the Legacy Online School website, the link is

provided at the end of the chapter. Click on 'Register for a Trial Class,' fill in the

necessary information, and choose a class that suits your schedule. Upon registration,

you will receive an email with instructions and a link to the trial class.

Legacy Online School is more than just an online school; it's a community that nurtures

Placement Tests

At Legacy Online School, we offer placement tests for students in Kindergarten

through 8th grade who either:

• Do not have transcripts or report cards from their previous school, or
• Would like to assess their academic level before starting courses.

Placement tests help us ensure students are enrolled in the most appropriate level for

their learning needs. Please note that we do not offer placement testing for high

school students, as they are required to submit official transcripts and/or report

cards for proper course placement.

To access the placement test, please email lss@legacyonlineschool.com. After you

complete the form, make sure to follow up with the Learning Support Services (LSS)

team to receive feedback and guidance on the next steps.
