Learning Format

Families may choose the format that best suits their child’s needs and schedule:

• Self-Paced Learning:

Ideal for students needing maximum flexibility. Students complete online

coursework independently at their own pace. This format allows for travel or

breaks, but students must stay on schedule to complete all work within the

8-week period.

• Group Learning Sessions:

Select live classes are available for core subjects and support. These are ideal

for students who benefit from structured, teacher-led instruction and peer

interaction.

Attendance is mandatory for students enrolled in group learning. Participation

ensures students receive direct support and stay engaged.

Note: Group learning sessions are fewer during summer to allow students

to enjoy a more relaxed seasonal schedule while staying academically

productive.

IEP Student Support

Students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) will continue to receive

appropriate accommodations and specialized instruction. IEP support includes:

• Scheduled live sessions with certified special education teachers
• Self-paced activities and assignments
• Consistent monitoring and communication to ensure progress

Tailored IEP schedules are available for elementary, middle, and high school students.

Course availability may vary by grade level, and options may include:

Digital Art Imaging

Journalism (Middle School)

Leadership Skills

Courses may be taken for original credit or recovery credit depending on academic

standing and counselor recommendation.
