Teacher Recruitment Process

At Legacy Online School, we are committed to hiring passionate and qualified

educators who are dedicated to providing excellent instruction to our students. If you

1. Submission of Documents:

Prospective teachers are invited to submit their curriculum vitae (CV), along with

copies of relevant certificates, diplomas, and licenses, to the following email address:

lss@legacyonlineschool.com. Please include a brief description of your teaching

experience, qualifications, and areas of expertise in your email.

2. Document Review:

Upon receiving your documents, our recruitment team will review your application to

assess your qualifications and suitability for the position.

3. Interview, Demo Lesson, and Testing:

Qualified candidates will be invited to participate in an interview with members of our

administration. During the interview process, you may also be asked to conduct a

demonstration lesson to showcase your teaching skills and methodologies.Additionally, candidates may be required to complete testing to assess subject

knowledge and teaching proficiency.

4. Final Selection:

Following the interview, demo lesson, and testing, successful candidates will be

notified of their selection to join the Legacy Online School faculty. Offers of

employment will be extended to those who demonstrate the requisite skills,

experience, and commitment to our mission and values.

5. Onboarding Process:

Upon acceptance of the employment offer, new faculty members will undergo an

onboarding process to familiarize themselves with Legacy Online School's policies,

procedures, and instructional methodologies. We are dedicated to providing support

and guidance to ensure a smooth transition into your role as a member of our

teaching team.
