Engagement Tracking

To support students' progress and ensure their active involvement, our teachers and staff

closely monitor attendance and engagement. This includes tracking students'

participation in synchronous sessions, submission of assignments, and interaction in

online discussions. In cases where a student's engagement is a concern, teachers and

support staff will reach out to offer assistance and support to address any challenges the

student may be facing.

Parents have access to the Parents Portal where they can monitor their child's progress

in Buzz. In the portal, parents can view individual test grades, overall course grades, and

other pertinent academic information. Please note that parents do not have editing

privileges and cannot make changes to their child's records. If parents have any

questions or wish to discuss their child's progress further, they are encouraged to

schedule a meeting with their child's Learning Support Specialist (LSS).
