Academic Honor Code

We uphold academic integrity as a fundamental value. Students should understand the

importance of honesty, avoiding plagiarism, and not cheating on assignments, quizzes, or

exams.

Students are expected to submit their own original work for all assignments,

assessments, and projects. Plagiarism, cheating, and any form of academic dishonesty

are strictly prohibited.We recognize that AI tools can be helpful for brainstorming, research, and certain

projects. However, students are strictly prohibited from using AI, chatbots, chatGPT, or

any form of automated assistance during assessments, tests, quizzes, or examinations.

The purpose of assessments is to evaluate a student's individual understanding, critical

thinking, and problem-solving abilities without external support.

Collaboration and teamwork are encouraged, but it should always be within the

parameters set by the teacher for each assignment or task. Unauthorized collaboration

leading to academic misconduct is not allowed.

All violations will be thoroughly investigated. The school administration will determine

appropriate disciplinary actions, which may include:

• Receiving a zero on the assignment
• Required resubmission with original work
• Further academic consequences depending on the severity of the violation
