Attendance Policy

Regular and consistent attendance is essential for students to fully benefit from the

online learning environment. Students are expected to attend all scheduled synchronous

(live) sessions and complete asynchronous (self-paced) learning activities as assigned by

their teachers.

Class Schedule

At Legacy Online School, we prioritize accessibility and flexibility to accommodate

students from various time zones. Therefore, all classes for the upcoming school year

2024-2025 will commence promptly at 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) and will

conclude at 4:00 PM EST.

Our decision to establish a uniform class start time ensures consistency and convenience

for all students, regardless of their geographical location. By commencing classes at

10:00 AM EST and concluding at 4:00 PM EST, we enable students from different regions

to seamlessly participate in our educational programs without any time zone constraints.

We believe this approach promotes inclusivity and fosters a collaborative learning

environment, allowing students from diverse backgrounds to engage with their peers

and educators effectively.

At Legacy Online School, the study schedule varies by grade level. Elementary school

students study from Monday to Thursday, attending classes four days a week to balance

academic learning with rest and extracurricular activities. Middle and high school

students study from Monday to Friday, ensuring they have sufficient time to cover a more

extensive curriculum and prepare for higher education and future career opportunities.
